We get it, plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we can open the time for another client.
When you book an appointment, our practitioners dedicate time just for you. You're paying for their time, not just for a service. A cancellation or no-show would result in lost time at the practitioner's expense if we did not implement any policy. Would you like to show up to work and not get compensated when a client didn't show up? I think not.
This also negatively impacts appointment availability for other patients who need care. We receive tons of last minute calls from clients trying to squeeze in for a same-day appointment so the sooner you cancel or reschedule your appointment if needed, the sooner we can help someone who would really like that spot. Help us help those who desperately need that same-day appointment, it could be you one day ;).
If WE can find someone to take over your appointment time, we will waive off your cancellation fee. Hence let us know ASAP if you need to cancel!
